1. Ordering Process
• All wedding dress are online pre 0rder.
• Production will begin after full payment and confirmation of design.
• The average production time is 2- 4weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Payment terms
• A non refundable fully payment are required after confirmation of design.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer & Toyyibpay only.

3. Measurements & Fittings
• Clients are responsible to double check the measurements. For plus size please whatsapp us +60164529596. Additional charges may apply.
• Inaccurate measurements may affect the fit, and additional charges may apply for adjustments.
• Not fitting and alteration as items is online pre order.
• Double check your measurement before confirm order.

4. Design Finalization
• Any design changes after confirmation may incur additional charges and affect the production timeline.
• Once production has started, major design changes are not allowed.

5. Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• The payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or cancellation due to wedding postponement.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.
• The seller is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs (for international orders).

7. Returns & Refunds
• As each dress is custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted.
• Minor adjustments do not qualify for refunds

8. Force Majeure
• The seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
